    "content": "back, this House has a number of Private Members’ Bills to consider. Most of those Bills emanate from Members’ own initiative and this will, therefore, gradually reduce the number of ordinary Motions coming from our Members. On resumption from recess, the House is scheduled to consider heavy, crucial and important business, particularly those relating to the six legislative proposals with Constitutional deadlines of 27th August, 2014. Another very important Bill is the Finance Bill, which should be passed by 24th September, 2014."
