Since we have given the national Government money, we would like to see tarmacked roads in every county and not only in restricted areas, which is not the wish of all Kenyans. Members of Parliament are still going to sit in the boards of the county governments. This will be very important because most of the governors control their counties single-handedly. The Members of County Assembly (MCAs) have taken the governors as if they have no say at all. The governors keep on giving MCAs’ money so as not to say anything against them. As we go on recess, each Member of this House should go and greet their people when they go there. Saba Saba cannot help this country in any way. As we speak, we know tourists are not coming because of our scaring messages here and there."
