"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to add my voice on the matter of Saba Saba on the coming Monday. I think the women of this country are very concerned that the country is going in the way of violence and that the country is risking itself. We are, therefore, urging the leaders who will go to those rallies, even as we go on recess, that we exercise a lot of caution. We need to be responsible in the remarks that we give. We should put Kenya first in everything that we do because this country is greater than all of us. I hope that our CORD colleagues will really exercise a lot of caution and there will be no violence on Monday; and that there will be no attempt at swearing in or a march to State House. All we need to see is an exercise of constitutional rights and freedom of expression. I want to thank the House for the work that we have done, especially passing the national Budget. We are looking forward to the implementation of that Budget."
