    "content": "2. Equity considerations – Geographical distribution: Two schools, one for boys and one for girls per county were selected. Consideration was made to ensure that the schools selected were not in the immediate neighbourhood. Ideally, none of the schools should come from any of the counties with a total of 18 national schools. These are as follows:- Kiambu, Nairobi, Nakuru, Uasin Gishu and Kisumu."
