    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I support this Report because it was not necessary to have the old committee and the constituency committee. We were only supposed to have a county oversight board. Kenyans are very keen. The Kenyans we have nowadays are not the Kenyans we had in 2007. Kenyans are now very wise and for us to convince our voters, the first thing they want to see from the leadership is unity. Are leaders united and are they working together? Are leaders actually addressing their issues together? So, this oversight is an emblem in a county that affirms that leaders are working together; they can sit down and they can address issues that are very important in the county. It is not actually logical for us to take back money to the county and we do not oversee how these funds are used.
