We get most of the information informally. Therefore, this Report is very timely. We support the amendments which have been done in the Bill and brought here by the Mediation Committee. You realize that the Constituencies Development Fund is an intervention measure which supplements what the national Government and county governments are doing and, therefore, it is important that we really get information, sit together, and work together in the spirit of the Constitution."
