    "content": "I have seen instances in Kiambu County - which is my county - where a road is done at the constituency or at the sub-county level by the Constituency Roads Committee. The road which measures about five kilometres is probably allocated about Kshs3 million and yet, the money can only cover four or three-and-half kilometres. What many of those crooked governors do is to come and do the one-and-a-half kilometre that was left by the CDF and put up a sign board that the project was implemented by the county government. With a forum like this, people will co-ordinate and know what projects will be taken care of at the county level, by the CDF and Government funds. This will be an opportunity for our people to know who are working and who are not."
