    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute. I support this Motion. I would like to say two things. There is urgent need for harmonization in planning, implementation and even monitoring projects at the county level. I know what is proposed is advisory. However, it will make a big contribution in harmonizing and co-ordinating that. Right now, there is a lot of duplication."
