    "content": " Order, Senators! I have a message from the National Assembly on the Fertilizers and Animal Foodstuffs (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 36 of 2013). Hon. Senators, I wish to bring to the attention of the Senate that, pursuant to Standing Order 40(3) and (4), the Clerk has delivered to me a message from the National Assembly regarding the Fertilizers and Animal Foodstuffs (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 36 of 2013), which was delivered, pursuant to Standing Order 40(2), on 30th June, 2014. It states as follows and I quote:- “Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 41 and 142 of the National Assembly Standing Orders, I hereby convey the following message from the National Assembly:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
