Now, in terms of opportunities for the north, which has suffered greatly as you know, due to lack of sufficient educational institutions over the years, why have you not increased the number of schools in those traditional areas which have suffered due to negligence in education? In the North Eastern Province, you have elevated Garissa High School which we appreciate. However, why did you not consider Wajir and Mandera counties?"
