    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion for which I wish to congratulate Sen. Mositet for bringing it up. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the small towns that we still have in this country have started to be left out in terms of development, never mind the fact that some of them have now become county headquarters. Even when the national Budget is being done over the years, the small towns have always been left out. Even when the donors come to support road programmes in this country, they have come up with programmes called “small towns” which, in my professional capacity, I have taken part in.
