    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, I really want to support this Motion, but I have a problem whether it is taking us backwards or forward. According to me, KURA should be disbanded so that this levy is shared between the national Government and the county government. Whether the sharing arrangement changes or not, definitely, this money should go to the county governments.
