    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to state, first, on the latter question whether the budget allocation is sufficient. Yes, the Ministry feels it is sufficient unless otherwise proved contrary. This will be adequate to implement and complete the project. As stated, everything has been completed on time. The runway was completed on time. The three contractors adhered to procurement laws and there is nothing to prove that anything sinister was done. So, I am satisfied with the answer."
