    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is not correct to say that we had not raised issues of delays in our request for the Statement. My Statement was very clear in part two. I had asked the cost of the project, the contract and the cost of delay in completion. So, it is not correct for the Vice Chairperson to say that the issue of delay is a new one and she needs to go back. Maybe she should say that the answer on the Statement she got from the Ministry was not complete and therefore, she is requesting for more time to seek for a more comprehensive Statement. However, we should not bear the blame of introducing new matters. They are not new because they were in the original Statement."
