All large parties like TNA and URP are enjoying enormous largesse from the State. In fact, we are contemplating taking them to court for discrimination. We are contemplating going to court to declare Section 7 of the Political Parties Act unconstitutional, illegal, and null and void to the extent that it requires political parties to open offices in 24 out of the 47 counties in this country."
