    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, let us not trivialize the importance of this Bill because if we are talking about historical injustices, there is one which was committed by the Tenth Parliament in enacting a Bill which said that unless as a party, you have five Members of Parliament (MPs) and five per cent of the total national vote, then you are not entitled to political party funding. We have major problems even in the computation of these votes. On our side, the APK, we all voted for the President, but right now, we are not entitled to any funding because those votes are not being counted. Our votes, which went to the President, are not being counted."
