I think the provision which we have been given in Standing Order No.94 is very clear; it says:- “A Senator shall be responsible for the accuracy of any facts that the Senator alleges to be true and may be required to substantiate any such facts instantly.” It does not require the formation of any Committee of any kind to deal with it."
