    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you need to add me time, because the time that I was supposed to move the Motion was taken by points of order. I see that the amber light is already put on. This is really not fair at all under the rules of natural justice. It would be futile to move a Motion without being given time to do it. This Statement said among other things:- “It has come to the attention of the Communications Authority of Kenya that some broadcast stations are taking advantage of the prevailing political situation in the country to air content containing hate speech that may divide the country along ethnic lines. The Authority hereby wishes to remind broadcasters that the constitutionally guaranteed freedom of expression does not extend to spread of hate speech, propaganda for war, incitement to violence, advocacy of hatred that among others constitutes The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
