    "content": "Kenya will be available to investors. However, the Member is right that, as a Ministry, we do not have a special mechanism of tracking or recording every investor who comes into the country. This is the reason why the Government established a survey through the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics to assist in establishing the exact amount of direct investment. A baseline survey has just been completed and it will be published soon."
