    "content": "Thank you very much Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to say that I support the Bill; the Bill is in good faith. For a long time, we find that our education levels have not been regulated. We have so many graduates in this country who have masters and PhD degrees, but who are tarmaking on the roads. You find another person with no qualification at all, having so much in terms of employment and accessing a lot of benefits that come with employment. I really feel that institutions should be regulated and told the minimum qualifications that are required for certain jobs in this country. We have heard and seen some bogus institutions in this country that offer degrees to our people, yet when it comes to employment these are the same people who get jobs."
