    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to contribute to this Bill. In principle, I support the idea of setting up an institution that will look at accreditation and other forms of harmonization and standardization. I think it is long overdue particularly in a liberalized education environment; the fact is that we have a wide range of our students outside this country. We have a wide range of students in various institutions across counties and so on. So, this will bring some order to the whole process of getting a uniform and standardized qualification framework."
