Temporary Deputy Speaker, finally, I want to end with another debate that also requires some “Authority for standardization”, which is this thing called “dialogue” that is going on. Dialogue outside Parliament is a vote of no confidence to Members who were elected by the people of Kenya. I want to inform my colleagues on the other side who are supporting this issue of having dialogue outside the House that it means that their leader has no respect for them and that is why he does not have confidence in them."
