    "content": "The University of Nairobi (UoN) gives a qualification in engineering that is not recognised by Moi University and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). I mean those are public universities. The Engineering Registration Board does not recognise this or the other qualification from public institutions.
