Last week, I was asked by the Speaker to go and get the right answer because the Questioner claimed that the answer I had given was not adequate. I now realise that the Questioner is even not here! The same thing happened last week. So, you also have to make a ruling on whether it is right for someone to ask a Question two times and finally fail to turn up in the House."
