    "content": "(b) My Ministry has set aside funds in the next financial year’s Budget to ensure laying of distribution pipes in Singorwa area, which was originally left out of the design due to lack of funds. My Ministry will also undertake a feasibility study to identify and develop a new source to serve Kapkrio, Mosobecho, Meswo and Chebarbar areas. The design capacity of the system being improved is 3.6 metres cubed per day, and is not adequate to serve all these areas due to limitations of the source at Kabutie River."
