    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I did say that the original design of this project did not provide for a T-joint to connect water to this area. However, I am saying that we will set aside funds and redesign again. The hon. Member should also appreciate the fact that the water source is not enough. So, if we put a T-joint at the design stage the water will not get where we projected it to go. However, we will go back to the drawing board and see where else we can get water for these people. I do appreciate the hon. Member’s concern."
