    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister answered the Question by saying that there is not enough water. Chebarbar River is big and, in fact, the tank in Singorwa takes more than one million litres. I fail to understand why this tank which takes more than one million litres does not provide enough water to serve the surrounding area. First of all, I appreciate this project, but if we can agree with the Minister, this water is enough to serve the surrounding area and also the Kamurguiywa area where there is a hospital, shopping centre and school. I fail to understand how a connection line can pass just next to these facilities and yet they are not connected. This is the case and yet there is enough water."
