If you look at the Motion in Order No. 9, it is going to give us money so that most of the works that has not been completed--- The Kshs15 billion we are going to get from the Supplementary Budget--- I want to assure the hon. Member that once we get that money, which is going to be authorized in the course of this week, some of that work - and particularly the mentioned road - will be done. That is because most of the contractors have not been paid due to financial constraints and the money is coming through this Supplementary Budget."
