    "content": "Thank you for giving me an opportunity to speak to this very important Motion. First of all, I want to set out and say that I support this Motion. I support this Motion because in my opinion, I think this is one of the greatest things that we shall be doing in this country. For a hundred years, we have relied on a railway line that was set up by the British in this country. We have, otherwise, transported our goods on the roads in this country and destroyed the road network. I think we need to be resolute in executing this. On this, the Government scores a hundred per cent and I want to support it without saying many things, which my brothers have said in this House. I support."
