    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker for giving me this chance so that I can also contribute to this Motion. First, I thank the Chairman and the members of this Committee for the Report that they have produced and is before us. Construction of a railway is an important project for this country. We, as Members, support the Government. It is worth to support that project. I have an experience and I do not know whether I can cite it a little. The Government decided to construct the oil pipeline one time and some people, including, me opposed it. However, after about 10 years, we found that the pipeline was very productive to the economy of this country. I want to plead with those who have a different opinion on this project to accept that it is a worthy project for this country. The Eleventh Parliament should support this project because it will add value to the economy of this country. Hon. Speaker, I want to support this project again. This is a worthy project and I appeal to my fellow Members of Parliament to support it."
