    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Hon. Nyamweya is a good friend of mine and I do not want to be interrupting him every time he speaks because it has become a tradition. There is an allegation that he has made, which should not go on record without being challenged. As much as I appreciate his concerns about the roads and others, he is not right to say that Parliament has increased its budget. What we have done is simply to reallocate from one vote of Parliament to another. It is not that Parliament is putting more money for our welfare. That is not correct. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
