    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity to speak to the Supplementary Estimates II of 2013/2014. I want to say something concerning this National Treasury. It is a Government agency or department which should at all times keep the timelines. We require services in real time. We do not only require services from them but we require services on time. I want to also say that they should assist this country in terms of managing the national debts. This is because the debts which we are noticing at the moment are not healthy for the current generation and neither are they healthy for the future generation. Even for the stability of the economy, these debts must be managed properly."
