    "content": "there will be some interest. I want to be very clear that our boys and girls at the Treasury should be able to up their game, so that we can know what we are doing. The so-called Euro Bonds are coming. Again, we have borrowed money from China and my grandchildren are going to pay for it. With this kind of work at the Treasury, our burden is going to increase day and night. I am not sure whether I should say yes or no to this particular Budget. Last but not least, I want to say that it is no wonder we have issues with infrastructure and agriculture. I am supposed to build some dams in my constituency. They were approved by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resource through some regional development authority. I am told there is no money. That was a very important project in my area. I am also told the cost of farming has gone down. The same Government wants to do one million acres of land as there is food insecurity in this country. With these few remarks, I decline to support this Supplementary Budget."
