    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister is aware that his Ministry is expected by the young people of this country to be number one in terms of information disbursement. This is expected to be done even through a website by your Ministry. Does he not think it is about time he avoided answering these questions that keep coming here from Members of Parliament by developing a website where all monies disbursed to constituencies are posted? What intermediaries are used in those particular constituencies? That kind of information which is supposed to be useful to Members of Parliament and their constituents does not need to be raised in this House time and time again, with answers that do not, probably, always satisfy the Members of Parliament?"
