When we get an opportunity to talk about heroes of security at a time when there is so much insecurity in our country; this time, I plead with Parliament to stop being trivial because we are the trusted leaders of our people. I want to take this opportunity to condemn crime of any kind and say that this House has a responsibility in relation to the lives of Kenyans irrespective of their tribes and of where anybody comes from."
