We have made the necessary inquiries, and we thought it was a matter of formality. You can see that it talks about ‘mutual consent’. So, when there is mutual consent, we expect the matter to run smoothly. We cannot blame the Leader of Majority; neither can we blame the Leader of Minority. It is up to you hon.
