    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I do support really. It is a good amendment and we need some fair amount of independence. Some of us who engage closely with policemen in our jurisdiction, sometimes, have very sorry tales. The Officer Commanding Police Station (OCS) tells you he or she gets an allocation of two litres of fuel per day. Even the procedure of getting that allocation is too long. If anything, this will hasten the process of law enforcement. It must be supported by all. I support."
