    "content": "PIC is saying that the Cabinet Secretary in charge of that project should make sure that the legal framework is in place so that the Kenyan people can get value for their money. As Members of the Committee, we are really supporting the project. The railway system that we have today, which is connecting Kenya to Uganda, is 100 years old. So, the new project will change the lives of Kenyans. With those remarks, I beg to support."
