Speaker I am aware of the recommendations of the Budget and Appropriations Committee laid before this House on 4th June, 2014, which proposed realignment of the Budget submitted by three arms of Government. Key among these recommendations are:- Enhancement of the allocation to CDF by Kshs5 billion bringing the total allocation to Kshs33 billion."
