Speaker, there is an additional Kshs5 billion to cater for strategic interventions arising from the public consultation of the Budget; allocation of Kshs1.2 billion for the construction of the Ronald Ngala Utalii College and Kshs1 billion towards the completion of the Chemosusu, Kiserian and Umaa Dams. There is also an allocation of Kshs1 billion for upgrading the Narok-Sekenani-Masai Road to bitumen standard; allocation of Kshs600 million for the special economic zones; allocation of Kshs460 million for Konza Technopolis Development Authority and an allocation of Kshs300 million to the office of the Auditor-General."
