    "content": "propose to amend the Income Tax Act to allow deduction of expenditure paid by employers on vacation trips made within Kenya for a period of 12 months. Through this measure, we are directly giving at least 300,000 additional Kenyan guests a chance to go for a week’s vacation in our hotels throughout the country at the expense of their employers. This measure will be effective for 12 months, effective tonight. This measure will cost the Exchequer Kshs2.4 billion in revenue losses."
