    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the Income Tax Act provides for adjustment of related party transaction to deal with transfer pricing which are common with multinationals. Such transactions deny the Exchequer revenue. To further deter use of transfer pricing scheme, I have proposed an amendment on the definition of permanent establishment to restrict transactions between related parties and their local establishment at an arm’s length for tax purposes."
