Khalwale is doing to second my Bill, which is so rare--- It is so rare that Sen. Khalwale would speak well of some of the things that I bring in this House, by virtue of where he sits. But is he in order to also suggest that our forces, which are called “disciplined” forces, should drink alcohol from morning to midnight ceaselessly? In fact, it is a contradiction. So, by saying that they should be allowed to drink anytime and do whatever they want, is a misrepresentation or contradiction of even the term “Disciplined Forces.” Is he in order?"
