    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am quite alive to those facts. That is why I am saying that if you were to bear with me regarding some of the comments that I am making, you can react to them during your contribution. I am supporting this Bill, because it is important that we control alcohol in this country. But in the process of controlling alcohol, we should also not be unreasonable. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was saying – and if the Senate Majority Leader cares to listen to me, because I am responding to his point of order – that members of the Disciplined Forces do not drink alcohol for 24 hours, seven days a week. My elder brother is a Captain of the Air Force. My other brother was a senior officer in the police and I have lived in these messes and know how they operate. We would be insulting our brothers and sisters who work in the Disciplined Forces to assume that they are drunkards and, therefore, have to regulate them through legislation. They have got their own code of conduct and out of that discipline, live within it and have served us well. Let us not go there. Mr. Speaker, Sir, similarly, in the National Assembly – and with all due respect to the Deputy Minority Leader – I did not mean that those who do not take alcohol and are in politics are mad.
