Before I move on, I would like to say that once you listen to the sentiments of many of my colleagues, you will get a feeling that the Committee that was supposed to look at the Bill after the First Reading should redo their work. It would be absolutely very unfair for Members to come and look at all these errors and yet the Bill was subjected to a Committee and was supposed to bring amendments.
