    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. First of all, I wish to congratulate most sincerely the Senate Majority Leader for having brought this Bill. I am quite sure that the Bill has also been considered by the Committee on Health and we shall be looking forward to the recommendations. The issue of alcoholism has bedeviled us for quite some time. Alcohol in itself is not bad and we should be frank about that. The first miracle that was performed by our Lord Jesus Christ was to turn water into wine. In fact, it was at a wedding ceremony and they were taking wine which is alcohol."
