    "content": " On a point order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do not intend to challenge your ruling and, indeed, I cannot. However, the general temptation is that after we vote and go back to this very critical Bill, by the time we reach the end and put the question, we may not have the requisite delegations to vote. Therefore, I want to implore you to vary your order, so that you let the debate to go on and then we vote on all the three Bills at once at the end. That will also be a deterrent to some of our colleagues who may be tempted to run to other things which are legitimate. However, duty calls that we have to be here.
