    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on the improvement of the technology, I think that we should be having on the screen the name of the person voting and the county, so that we can see those who press their button twice. We will see their names disappearing and coming back, and then deal with them. Just as an improvement of this technology, I think that they can work on it. This is something which has been developed in Kenya, because we have very brilliant technologists. They can improve on it as we go along. Since the names appear on the screen of the Speaker and the script that is published later, they can as well appear on the screens."
