I rise to oppose this mediated report and the Bill because you will remember that when it was first moved on this Floor, I was one of the strongest proponents of the Bill. But as it is, it leaves out the women of this country; it leaves the youth and it leaves out the people living with disabilities who are sitting in office, not by favour, but by constitutional right. Even the women representatives who were recommended to be deputies were thrown out."
