    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Mediation Committee has done its part. It is very important for us to have a board that will be in charge of development. I rise to strongly oppose this Report by the Mediation Committee. Sen. Khalwale talked about part “m” and said that some people will be attending the Board meetings on invitation. That is not right. The reason for this is that the young people of this country are not an “AOB.” We are part of the systems and our issues in terms of development must be captured. We will not leave it to some people to decide what the young people of this nation are supposed to get."
